2. Tiered Warranty Coverage

We build our products to last. To reflect this, we offer a multi-layered warranty that provides comprehensive coverage initially, with continued protection for core components over time.

  • Level 1: One (1) Year Comprehensive Warranty – Our comprehensive warranty covers your entire B.O.S. Lock product for the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • What’s Covered: Any defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality across all components (mechanical, electronic, and structural).
    • Resolution: We will repair or replace the defective product or parts at no cost to you, including shipping.
    • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage from normal use.
  • Level 2: Three (3) Year Limited Mechanical Warranty – From the date of purchase for up to three years, the core mechanical hardware of your B.O.S. Lock is covered.
    • What’s Covered: Failures of internal locking mechanisms and malfunctions of structural or moving mechanical parts that affect the product’s core locking function.
    • Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover electronic components (after year one) or cosmetic issues.
3. Out-of-Warranty and Repair Service

Even after your formal warranty coverage expires, we are here to support you. We offer a transparent and fair Cost + Labor Repair Policy for any repairs needed outside of the covered periods.

  • No Markup: You only pay the actual cost for any replacement parts.
  • Fair Labor: You are only billed for the direct time required to repair your product at a transparent, pre-disclosed rate.
4. General Terms & Conditions
  • Product Registration: To activate your full warranty benefits, you must register your product at http://www.boslock.com within 90 days of purchase. Registration ensures efficient service and allows us to send you important product updates.
  • Proof of Purchase: All warranty claims and returns require a valid order number or receipt.
  • Original Purchaser: All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the product.
  • Authorized Retailers: This warranty applies to products purchased directly from B.O.S. Lock or a B.O.S. Lock authorized dealer.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature (e.g., flood, fire).
5. Online 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We know buying online might not always live up to expectations or have compatibility issues with some customizations gun owners like to add to their firearms. That’s why we want you to be fully confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from B.O.S. Lock’s official website or direct sales channels.

If you are unsatisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchased price.

Conditions:
