Step 1: Verify the Firearm is Unloaded

• Remove the magazine.
• Lock the slide open.
• Visually and physically inspect the chamber to confirm the firearm is unloaded.

Step 2: Clear Existing Fingerprints (If Needed)

If fingerprints are already stored on the Fusion:

1. Locate the CLR (Clear) button on the rear of the device.
2. Press and hold the CLR button.
3. Watch the LED indicator:
   • Green flashes indicate how many fingerprints remain.
   • Repeat the process until the LED flashes yellow, confirming all fingerprints have been removed.

Step 3: Familiarize Yourself with Light & Laser Controls

Before programming fingerprints, decide which light and laser settings you want tied to each fingerprint.

Toggle Paddle A (Left Side) – Light Control

• Double tap: Light On (Low)
• Single tap: Cycle Low → Medium → High
• Press and hold: Strobe Mode

Toggle Paddle B (Right Side) – Laser Control

• Double tap: Laser On/Off

Each fingerprint can be programmed to recall a specific light and laser configuration when unlocking.

Step 4: Program Your Fingerprints

1. Press the PRG (Program) button once.
2. The LED will turn blue.
3. Repeatedly tap your finger on the sensor from slightly different angles.
4. Continue until the locking arm automatically opens.

Repeat for each finger you wish to program.

Recommended setup:

• Dominant index finger: Medium Light + Laser On (factory setting)
• Dominant middle finger: Light Off + Laser Off
• Support-hand finger: High Light + Laser Off

Step 5: Assign Light & Laser Preferences to Each Fingerprint

1. Set the device to the desired light and laser configuration.
2. Press and hold both toggle paddles until the LED flashes white.
3. Release both paddles.
4. Press Toggle Paddle A.
5. The LED will flash cyan.
6. Touch the fingerprint you want to assign.
7. A green flash confirms the new setting has been saved.

Repeat for any additional fingerprints.

Step 6: Mount Fusion to Your Firearm

1. Leave the locking arm open.
2. Slide Fusion onto the firearm’s accessory rail.
3. Align the mounting hole with the desired rail slot.
4. Insert the supplied mounting bolt.
5. Tighten using the proprietary driver until secure.

Only moderate hand pressure is required.

Step 7: Install the Stabilizing Set Screw

1. Locate the brass-tipped set screw.
2. Insert it into the rear-most compatible slot on the arm side of the Fusion.
3. Tighten using the larger Allen wrench.

Purpose:

• Adds a second contact point with the frame.
• Reduces movement during recoil.
• Helps maintain laser alignment.

This screw is for stabilization only and is not the primary security attachment.

Step 8: Adjust Laser Zero (Optional)

Windage (Left/Right)

• Side adjustment screw
• Clockwise: Moves laser left
• Counterclockwise: Moves laser right

Elevation (Up/Down)

• Bottom adjustment screw
• Clockwise: Moves laser down
• Counterclockwise: Moves laser up

Use the smaller Allen wrench included with the Fusion.

Step 9: Test Your Fingerprint Profiles

Verify each programmed fingerprint performs as intended. Below shows the programmed sample actions that were performed in our quick start video:

• Index Finger: Unlock + Medium Light + Laser On
• Middle Finger: Unlock Only
• Support-Hand Finger: Unlock + High Light

You can switch instantly between programmed modes simply by touching a different registered fingerprint.

Step 10: Manual Light & Laser Operation

Light Controls

• Double tap Toggle A: Light On (Low)
• Single tap: Low → Medium → High
• Double tap again: Light Off

Laser Controls

• Double tap Toggle B: Laser On
• Double tap Toggle B again: Laser Off

The double-tap cadence is intentional to help prevent accidental activation.

Installation Complete

Your Fusion is now mounted, programmed, and ready for use. Perform several lock/unlock cycles and confirm all fingerprints, light modes, and laser settings function as expected before carrying or storing the firearm.
